By using thenadilife.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. The Site is operated by NADI LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("NADI", "we", "us"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What the Site is for

The Site describes a product in development and lets you join an early access list and contact us. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell a product, and nothing on it should be read as a promise about what a future product will do, when it will be available, or what it will cost. Descriptions may change as development continues.

Not medical advice

NADI is being developed as a general wellness product intended to support relaxation and stress management. It is not a medical device, and nothing on the Site is medical advice or a substitute for it. Information on the Site is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified professional.

Early access list

Joining the early access list is free and creates no obligation on either side. We may send you updates from time to time, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Being on the list doesn't reserve a product, guarantee access, or create a purchase agreement.

Intellectual property

The Site, its content, and the NADI name and logo belong to NADI LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or republish the Site's content, or use the NADI name or logo, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to send spam, submit false information, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data that isn't yours.

Third party links

The Site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NADI LLC and its members, managers, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Cheatham County, Tennessee.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
