How we're building NADI

Five commitments. They shape every decision we make, including the ones you'll never see.

Calm you don't have to schedule.

Breathing rooms, retreats, and ten-minute sessions are good. They're also somewhere else. We're building for the rest of life, the hours between those sessions, where you can't close your eyes and you still need to hold steady.

Honest about what it is.

NADI is being built as a general wellness product. That's a deliberate choice, and it sets the rules for how we talk. We talk about relaxation and stress management. We don't make medical claims, and we don't promise outcomes we haven't earned the right to promise. If what we say ever grows beyond that, it will be because the evidence grew first.

Quiet by design.

No feed, no streaks, no leaderboard, no notifications asking for your attention. The best version of NADI is one you can forget you're wearing until the moment you're glad you did.

Your data is yours.

We collect only what you give us, we don't sell it, and we'll tell you plainly what we do with it. That rule holds for this website today and for the product when it exists.

Built with the people it's for.

Before we build, we listen. We're spending time with leaders, service members and first responders, athletes, and people who've made a practice of paying attention to themselves, to understand what a hard day actually asks of them. If that's you, we'd like to hear from you.
