Who we are
This website, thenadilife.com (the "Site"), is operated by NADI LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("NADI", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle information when you visit the Site, join our early access list, or contact us.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Your email address, and your first name if you share it, when you join the early access list.
- The answer you choose to "Which best describes you?", if you choose one.
- Your name, email address, and message when you use the contact form or email us.
Information collected automatically
- If you allow analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used: pages visited, approximate location at the city level, device and browser type, and how you arrived. IP addresses are anonymized. Nothing is collected until you choose "Allow" on the cookie notice, and you can decline.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, time of request, and page requested) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To send you the updates you asked for when you joined the early access list.
- To reply to your messages.
- To understand, in aggregate, how people use the Site and improve it.
- To keep the Site secure and to meet legal obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Email and unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by writing to hello@thenadilife.com. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our list: our website host, our email list provider, and our analytics provider. They process information on our behalf and under their own privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of NADI or others.
How long we keep it
We keep early access list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the conversation. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's settings, currently fourteen months.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by writing to hello@thenadilife.com. You can decline analytics cookies on the cookie notice, and change your mind later by clearing your browser's site data.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell list members by email.
